Our UL Listed Central Station is staffed by highly trained CSAA certified monitoring professionals 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Our operators are trained to provide immediate notification of alarm events and ensure each event is handled properly until its conclusion.   The central station is staffed with supervisors and a management team dedicated to ensure the highest level of customer service and to exceed customer expectations.
 
 
The SRSI Service Department has technicians available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to perform repairs on customer’s equipment and trained IT technicians on staff to assist with remote troubleshooting issues. Our service department also offers a variety of preventative maintenance options to keep our customer’s equipment running smoothly and efficiently.
