What do I do if I trip my alarm? Disarm your alarm immediately and then contact the central station at 952-346-8922 or 800-801-8236. Make sure you have your passcode to give to the operator.
What if I lost or forgot my passcode? Contact the central station. They will verify your account information and have a copy of your passcode sent out to you. They will not be able to give you the passcode over the phone. If you would like to change your passcode, contact the central station. You will have to provide your current passcode before making a change.
What if I am going out of town? Contact the central station. Advise them of the day and time you will be leaving and when you will return. Let them know if anyone will be staying at your residence or checking the home during your absence. Ensure anyone doing so has a disarming code for the alarm, a passcode to give to the central station, and the phone # to cancel a false alarm.
How do I change my contact list? Contact the central station. You will need a passcode to make changes to your account. If you give a work number, please note the day and time you want to be contacted at that number. Always note the type of number as well, such as cell phone, pager, work number, etc.
How do I change the dispatch instructions for my account? Permanent changes to your dispatch instructions must be sent in writing. A temporary change (less than 90 days) can be done by calling the central station.
What if I do not know the cause of a false alarm? Contact the central station for assistance. It is important that your alarm is in working order and to determine a possible cause for a false alarm. If you are not sure of a cause of a false alarm, you may want to make a temporary change to the dispatch instructions to your account so you do not accumulate false alarm fines from your local police department.
